Even though there has been some welcome rain here we've been able to stay ahead in our construction schedules.  Since the 226 property titles, VDL is quickly catching up to Pacific Blue for numbers of home sites being cleared for construction.

Monterra now has 80 home building crew members on staff. This translates to tons of materials and handling plus the need for good storage. The Monterra warehouse will act more like a 'Home Depot' then a storage facility, with inventory management and a wide selection of consumer related products.
