Want a tour? Please Join them In Tambor Costa Rica for their Open House Saturday July 29th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Teh Home is Located in Las PalmaValle De Luz enter through the Blue entrance gate 50m west of the School, There is a large sign posted.

We will post a video tour after the open house for anyone who cant join them in Costa Rica!

Construction Continues in Las Palmas!

As  titles continue to be transferred daily in Las Palmas; Construction is also making quite a bit of progress!

Las Palmas Planos Are Coming In!

Great News! We have just started receiving the Planos in Las Palmas! We will be receiving them in batches and have received the first batch of 6! We will notify each property owner as we receive them. We are hopeful they will be coming in weekly. Stay tuned for more pictures of the Las Palmas construction.

Construction in Las Palmas Begins!

Happy New Year everyone! We are very excited to let you all know that we have just started construction on a home in Las Palmas of Valle De Luz. Mike Quinn and crew are hard at work preparing the lot as massive tree stump on the property had to be removed to make room for the home! Hydro and water and being brought to the site and Materials are being delivered.
