The hotel will now be open to the general public as well as our property owners!

Please note the updated Hotel Costa Coral room rates with full breakfast included:

Green Season (April 16 - Nov 30):      $115/night 
High Season (Dec 1 - April 15):           $120/night 
Peak Season (Dec 19 - Jan 2):              $135/ night

Monterra Owners will enjoy a 20% discount on all room rates! 

*Based on double occupancy* Each additional person over the age of 6 is $15. All prices are in USD.

These prices are effective immediately and do not include lunch or dinner.

*We currently do not have a credit/ debit machine at the hotel and therefore can only accept cash*

HOA & Conference Call Recording & Overview


Thank you to all of you who were able to attend our conference call announcing the formation of the Home Owners Association in Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue! 

An email has been sent out with a link to a recording of the Conference Call for those who were unable to attend or would like to review the call. 

If you do not receive this email within the next 12 hours please contact the office to update your information! 






Once you have had the opportunity to listen to the call, please feel free to email the office with any questions. We will be sending out a Q&A document by the end of the week to all Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue owners.

Home Owners Association Conference Call

ATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS IN VALLE DE LUZ & PACIFIC BLUE 


Please accept this invitation to a conference call being held on October 22, 2015 for all property owners in the Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue developments.

For those owners who did not receive the email invitation for this conference call sent out this past Friday please contact the office to update your contact information for our records. 

This conference call will be led by Jack Cohen discussing the formation of the Home Owners Association and establishing the board of directors. 

For the convenience of our property owners we have scheduled two calls. The first will occur on October 22nd, 2015 at 12:00 pm EST. The second will take place on October 22nd at 8:00 pm EST. 

Please register for the time that you would like to attend. Once registered you will receive two emails first confirming your attendance, the second will include the conference call information.

Booking Your Visits with the Office

These are very exciting and busy times for Monterra Developers and all Monterra Property owners. With all property titles available for transfer and new homes under construction we are seeing a huge influx of travellers coming to Tambor. Bookings for 2016 have already begun!

To guarantee you get the most out of your trip to Tambor please be sure to call the office before booking your international flight to ensure:
  • Guest House availability 
  • Property Tours  
  • appointments with our builders 
  • Meetings with legal team. 
We would hate for anyone to be disappointed by not booking ahead of time. In addition we require 4 to 6 weeks notice to complete a title transfer so call the office and request a detailed list of all that is required to complete your transfer.

New International Airport in Costa Rica Said to Bring another Real Estate Boom!

A new International airport is being built in Orontina Costa Rica! The first of 3 runways was slated to begin in 2020 but they have bumped it up and it will now begin 2018! It is expected to triple the air traffic travelling to Costa Rica from around the globe and rumour has it that it will bring another Real Estate Boom to Costa Rica!!  This is amazing news for all Monterra property owners since it is much closer to our properties than the current airport location.
They are ahead of Schedule! The Construction Start Date has been moved up to 2018!

Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue Titles

We have great news to share with all Monterra Property Owners! As of May 2015 all Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue Titles are ready for transfer to all owners who are paid in full.

Now is a great time to start planning your trip to Costa Rica to complete the title transfer! Please call our Canadian office and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives before you book your international flights to guarantee availability at our guest house and to book your meeting with our in house attorney to finalize the title transfer. We would also love to schedule you a property tour, and a time for you to meet our new builder!
