Monthly Update

Dear Property Owners,

Next week is the 2nd Tuesday of the month! This month rather that hosting a conference call we will be posting a recorded update of all our developments right on the Blog for all of our owners to listen too at their own convenience. 

If you have any topics that you would like us to touch on please send your request by email and we will do our best to address them.

We hope that posting the recorded updates using this method monthly will help solve any time change issues and lend well to everyone busy schedules!

Monthly Update Conference Calls


Dear Monterra Property Owners,

In an effort to keep all our owners as up to date and current with our progress as possible we are proud to announce our new monthly scheduled property update conference calls. These calls will be held the second Tuesday of every month and will be development specific. 

The first call for all Valle de Luz and Las Palmas owners will be held on Tuesday March 8th at 12:00 pm (EST).

The Pacific Blue property owner  call will be held on Tuesday March 8th at 1:00 pm (EST).

The Rios del Sol conference call time and date will be posted shortly.

Can't make a call? Don't worry all update calls will be recorded and made available to all owners who can not attend the live calls.

Progress is in the air!

We have great news for Pacific Blue property owners! On Friday February 19th we will begin the first step of installing the permanent infrastructure. This involves moving the location of the front gates and guard house as well  as some road construction to create the proper and permanent entrance location to the Pacific Blue development. During this construction process access to many Pacific Blue lots must be by appointment only and owners will need to be accompanied by a Monterra Representative for their safety.

Time for a swim!

Now that we have internet, home phone and TV available in Pacific Blue how about a swim in a beautiful Swimming pool! Here are some pictures of the finishing touches and landscaping done to a backyard in Pacific Blue! This pool is a custom design and features 4 free standing water fountains with a bench below, a 6" deep sunning platform, a swim up bar area and a bubbling Jacuzzi that cascades into the pool! Just Gorgeous!

An email has been sent out with a link to a recording of the Conference Call for those who were unable to attend or would like to review the call.

Home Owners Association Conference Call

ATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS IN VALLE DE LUZ & PACIFIC BLUE 


Please accept this invitation to a conference call being held on October 22, 2015 for all property owners in the Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue developments.

For those owners who did not receive the email invitation for this conference call sent out this past Friday please contact the office to update your contact information for our records. 

This conference call will be led by Jack Cohen discussing the formation of the Home Owners Association and establishing the board of directors. 

For the convenience of our property owners we have scheduled two calls. The first will occur on October 22nd, 2015 at 12:00 pm EST. The second will take place on October 22nd at 8:00 pm EST. 

Please register for the time that you would like to attend. Once registered you will receive two emails first confirming your attendance, the second will include the conference call information.

Booking Your Visits with the Office

These are very exciting and busy times for Monterra Developers and all Monterra Property owners. With all property titles available for transfer and new homes under construction we are seeing a huge influx of travellers coming to Tambor. Bookings for 2016 have already begun!

To guarantee you get the most out of your trip to Tambor please be sure to call the office before booking your international flight to ensure:
  • Guest House availability 
  • Property Tours  
  • appointments with our builders 
  • Meetings with legal team. 
We would hate for anyone to be disappointed by not booking ahead of time. In addition we require 4 to 6 weeks notice to complete a title transfer so call the office and request a detailed list of all that is required to complete your transfer.

New International Airport in Costa Rica Said to Bring another Real Estate Boom!

A new International airport is being built in Orontina Costa Rica! The first of 3 runways was slated to begin in 2020 but they have bumped it up and it will now begin 2018! It is expected to triple the air traffic travelling to Costa Rica from around the globe and rumour has it that it will bring another Real Estate Boom to Costa Rica!!  This is amazing news for all Monterra property owners since it is much closer to our properties than the current airport location.
They are ahead of Schedule! The Construction Start Date has been moved up to 2018!

Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue Titles

We have great news to share with all Monterra Property Owners! As of May 2015 all Valle de Luz and Pacific Blue Titles are ready for transfer to all owners who are paid in full.

Now is a great time to start planning your trip to Costa Rica to complete the title transfer! Please call our Canadian office and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives before you book your international flights to guarantee availability at our guest house and to book your meeting with our in house attorney to finalize the title transfer. We would also love to schedule you a property tour, and a time for you to meet our new builder!
